You're gonna find typical Alsacien food like
"Tarte à l'Oignon Maison", "Choucroute à l'Alsacienne"
(sauerkraut) or "Presskopf de Queue de Boeuf" (I better not
translate that!) and other hefty stuff. Not so much my choice —
I prefer lighter French food.
Fish is fresh and delicious, the French know
how to cook a steak at many places, and the pommes dauphinois
are a must at the Dominicain! They have more choice than
you can find at their online menu on the internet.
Good local wines, excellent desserts and some
coffee and brandy make an evening at the Petit Dominicain a
memorable event.
