Incidents?  What incidents?
Well, there were a few:

• A false fire alarm around midnight by a heavily drunk former Volunteer Coordinator and some of his buddies (NPS?) in our barrack
   

• "Supervised" illegal drinking – even minors joined
   

• Drinking and driving of volunteers with NPS trucks to Yosemite
   

• A dorm manager who had zero visibility – he just didn't like that job
   

• A really dirty barrack and sometimes no cleaning at all
   

• Not enough plates, pots, silverware etc. for the volunteer  team
   

• Sometimes no food for (supposedly) hard working young volunteers
   

• No introduction to important or dangerous things in the neighborhood – and there were some!
   

• Lazy NPS workers who just hung around at many days – and so did the volunteers
   

• Poor overall organization of the workcamp
   

• ...
